Ordering
How are items produced?
All items are made-to-order. This allows us to offer a wide range of products while maintaining quality and consistency.
Is there a minimum order?
No—there are no minimum order requirements.
Payment
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as approved gift card or promo codes.
Shipping
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is a flat rate of $5.95. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.
How long will my order take?
Each item has its own production timeline, which is listed on the product page.
Do items ship together or separately?
Apparel items will ship together and will default to the longest lead time within your order.
Other items may ship separately depending on production timelines. Promotional items will always ship separately from made-to-order merchandise.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, tracking details will be provided once your order ships. You may receive multiple tracking emails if your order ships in separate packages.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, shipping is available within the United States only.
Products
Will my item look exactly like the product image?
Product images are mockups created to represent the final design. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in color, placement, or scale may occur in the finished product.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Return and exchange requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in full within 30 days of delivery. TVS Merch will cover the cost of return shipping.
For items returned in partial quantities, or that show signs of use or damage, a credit will be issued for the acceptable returned portion. This approach allows us to uphold our quality standards while ensuring a fair outcome for all parties.
Please note: Custom-branded merchandise may not be eligible for return and will be evaluated individually.
